The HEI to also provide 1 Copy of the MoM of academic council, duly Attested by the registrar, where approval of the council was recorded for the programmes in 2016-17 and 2017-18 and all new programmes as and when introduced. As per the SOP the HEI was expected to input the Number of Programmes offered year wise for the last five years The HEI was to provide year-wise list of ALL programs that have been operational and offered during the assessment period Program. The list approved by the Registrar/ Competent Authority is required to be provided. A programme whether offered in face to face learning or distance education counts 01 programme only. All common programme are accounted only once. Short term programs which do not lead to a degree are not to be included.
