Dhaturatnakara is a prestigious project of Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan ( Deemed University ), New Delhi , approved by Ministry of Human Resource Developement, Government of India. Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan has collaborated with Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha ( Deemed University ) Tirupati for data entry and website designing. The job for web hosting has been entrusted to  National Informatics Centre, New Delhi .

        First of all we would like to express our heart felt gratitude to Sri Arjun Singh, Hon'ble Minister, Human Resource Developement, Government of India, who has inaugurated the website on 30th August, 2004 by his lotus hands on the occasion of Sanskrit Day celebration.

           We would like to extend our gratitude to Prof. Vempati Kutumba Sastry, Vice Chancellor, Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan ( Deemed University ), New Delhi , for his kind consent, co-operation and encouragement, Sri C.S. Kaniyal, Depty Director Finance, Rashtirya Sanskrit Sansthan, New Delhi , for his kind co-opration in carrying out this work and Dr. Lalit kumar Tripathi for his kind and valuable suggestions.
