As
per the HEI values in the attached audited schedule of assets. . The HEI to
provide Proceedings of Library Committee meetings for allocation of fund
and utilization of fund. Mere statement of numbers without supporting proof
cannot be evaluated. The HEI to provide PO's or Invoices for the year wise

HEI has attached audited balance sheet that is generic and does not convey
any support to the claimed amounts. . The HEI to provide copies, attested
by the Finance officer and CA and counter signed by the Registrar, of the
receipt of Funds / Grants received from government bodies during the last
five years for development and maintenance of infrastructure. The letters
of grants and proof of receiving the grants/funds received from respective
agency as stated in Metric/SOP. The HEI to also reconcile and provide
income/ expenditure statement, certified by the CFO/CA and counter signed
by the Registrar UNDERLINING (not highlighting) year wise the Funds /
Grants received from government bodies during the last five years for
development and maintenance of infrastructure for the last 05 years.
